Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate screening interviews and assess qualifications against job requirements
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate candidate data and timely communication
- Support recruitment campaigns by preparing job postings, interview materials, and onboarding documentation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental talent needs and position requirements
- Participate in recruitment analytics and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness
- Organize and coordinate interview logistics including scheduling and candidate feedback collection
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and interview methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating in team settings
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
