- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for security guard field hiring
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve performance targets
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify process improvements and data-driven solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven expertise in field hiring for security personnel or similar roles
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in recruitment metrics
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
- Proficiency in recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
