You will collaborate closely with department heads to understand workforce planning needs and develop effective sourcing strategies that attract qualified candidates. Your expertise in recruitment best practices will drive our hiring processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and forecast hiring requirements
- Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Implement employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent in the competitive market
- Utilize data-driven metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and implement improvements
- Coordinate with HR leadership on recruitment budgets, vendor relationships, and staffing plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of building and developing successful recruitment teams
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Data-oriented mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends
- Experience in BPO, corporate services, or office systems industry is a plus
