Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to meet and exceed monthly KPIs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality standards and turnaround times are optimized.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to enhance individual and team output.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to adjust recruitment strategies proactively.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal organizational policies.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with proven leadership or team management exposure.
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and business development success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable recruitment plans.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and modern recruitment technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Resilient, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
