Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for 50+ staff
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and mentor recruitment team of 3-5 specialists
- Build partnerships with educational institutions and job platforms
- Implement ATS systems and optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze recruitment metrics and report on KPIs
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's MOM regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years recruitment experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record in early childhood education hiring
- Expertise in ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws
- CIPD or SHRM certification preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
