Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for international cruise ship crew members.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet departmental hiring targets.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, recruitment agencies, and partners.
- Conduct interviews, select candidates, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, immigration regulations, and industry standards.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality or maritime industry.
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and crew management protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a recruitment team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
