- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Manage recruitment team performance through mentorship, training, and KPI monitoring
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
- Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction
- Optimize recruitment processes using ATS tools and data analytics
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven track record in end-to-end talent acquisition for mid-to-senior positions
- Expertise in recruitment sourcing strategies including passive candidate engagement
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance standards
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing recruitment teams and driving process improvements
