- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and KPIs
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and create effective job descriptions
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques including social media, referrals, and recruitment marketing
- Optimize candidate journey through streamlined interview processes and feedback systems
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and diversity inclusion initiatives
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and implement continuous improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with 2+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing recruitment teams
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics tools
