Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and business goals
- Develop recruitment strategies and KPIs to meet client demands and business targets
- Lead and mentor recruitment teams to ensure high-quality candidate matching and placement success
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and competitive recruitment practices
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to stakeholders and clients
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment and account management
- Proven track record in staffing solutions and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and industry compliance requirements
- Leadership capabilities with experience managing recruitment teams
