Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of qualified candidates
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and business objectives
- Lead and mentor recruitment teams, providing guidance on best practices and performance optimization
- Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements and market trends
- Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance candidate experience and retention
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, client feedback, and business performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with 2+ years in managerial or account management role
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and client relationship management
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
- Expert knowledge of recruitment technologies, sourcing strategies, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
