Aboitiz Construction is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to join our team in Lapu-Lapu City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our operational success by ensuring that our diverse project sites are staffed with the right talent at the right time.
As a Recruitment Officer, you will serve as the bridge between operational manpower requirements and our workforce deployment strategy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on high-volume hiring and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our site personnel. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to selection and hiring for project-based roles.
- Coordinate with site managers and department heads to determine manpower requirements and deployment timelines.
- Execute talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates for various technical and operational positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and facilitate the scheduling of final assessments with hiring managers.
- Maintain an organized talent database and ensure timely reporting on recruitment metrics and deployment status.
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements and ensure all new hires are properly onboarded before project deployment.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future project needs to ensure organizational agility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of high-volume hiring processes and labor deployment strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and HRIS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse project stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Lapu-Lapu City and occasionally visit project sites as needed.
