  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
