Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to support data-driven hiring decisions
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company recruitment policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or HR coordination experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse candidates
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented with proven track record in meeting recruitment targets
