We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Officer to join Private Advertiser. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing business needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate candidate data in the HR system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or manpower agencies.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid ID and local eligibility to work in the Philippines.
