Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various industries.
- Manage and optimize job postings on multiple job boards and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure immediate availability for urgent hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate pre-employment assessments, and manage the offer process.
- Perform thorough candidate screening and reference checks to ensure quality hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within the staffing or manpower industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the Philippines.
