As a Recruitment Officer, you will manage the entire lifecycle of foreign worker recruitment, from sourcing candidates and coordinating with government agencies to processing work permits and renewals. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle for foreign workers, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
- Coordinate with relevant government bodies (e.g., JIM, MDEC) for work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure strict compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and labor laws at all times.
- Manage employee contracts, payroll documentation, and maintain accurate personnel files.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality foreign talent.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new workers and assist with housing and logistics arrangements.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and forecast workforce requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on foreign worker or labor sourcing.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian immigration policies, work pass procedures, and labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to liaise with candidates and authorities.
- Proficient in using HR software (ATS) and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
