Tanggung Jawab

  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various positions across the organization
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and metrics
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
