Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to facilitate seamless transitions from job offer to Day 1.
- Prepare and process employment contracts, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new joiners to company policies, benefits, and culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during their initial onboarding phase.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure and access readiness for new hires.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or onboarding administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS platforms.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and process compliance.
- Ability to work onsite in Ortigas and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in the construction or project-based industry is a strong advantage.
