Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to facilitate seamless transitions from job offer to Day 1.
  • Prepare and process employment contracts, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new joiners to company policies, benefits, and culture.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during their initial onboarding phase.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure and access readiness for new hires.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or onboarding administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS platforms.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and process compliance.
  • Ability to work onsite in Ortigas and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in the construction or project-based industry is a strong advantage.
