You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet staffing requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prepare job descriptions, and schedule interviews.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain and update candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates regarding job inquiries, interview schedules, and onboarding details.
- Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping coordination for assigned departments.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or onboarding roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse candidates.
- Ability to work effectively in both Mid Shift and Night Shift environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (ATS experience preferred).
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
