Satellite Office is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Recruitment & Onboarding Consultant to join our high-performing team in Ortigas. This is a unique opportunity to manage the entire talent lifecycle, from the first point of contact to the successful integration of new hires into our corporate culture. As a key member of our HR department, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every candidate experiences a professional and engaging recruitment journey. Your expertise in identifying top talent and your meticulous attention to detail during the onboarding process will be critical in supporting our rapid growth. You will work closely with international stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver bespoke recruitment solutions that align with our global standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including strategic sourcing, initial screening, and comprehensive interviewing.
- Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and efficient pipeline management.
- Draft and extend competitive job offers, managing negotiations and contract execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, providing guidance on company policies and culture during their first weeks.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with new employees and managers to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding program.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and time-to-fill statistics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and employee onboarding, preferably in a BPO or offshore setting.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and standard HR recruitment practices.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for interacting with global clients.
- Proven ability to work independently in a Work From Home (WFH) environment.
- Advanced proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- High level of emotional intelligence and professional discretion when handling sensitive candidate information.
