Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize recruitment workflows within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure efficiency and accuracy across all stages.
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and travel arrangements as needed, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience.
- Generate and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other essential pre-onboarding documentation with precision.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the generation of recruitment reports and conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Support the implementation of new recruitment tools, technologies, and process enhancements to boost operational effectiveness.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling, logistical inquiries, and general recruitment process questions.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure alignment, communication, and comprehensive support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment operations, HR coordination, or a similar administrative role within a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – experience with Greenhouse, Workday, or similar platforms is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic recruitment environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
