Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to evaluate cultural fit, technical skills, and salary expectations.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate closely with Recruitment Managers to understand role requirements and priority hiring targets.
- Manage candidate data and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication and transparency throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry benchmarks to provide valuable insights to the wider recruitment team.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or high-volume administrative support, preferably in an outsourcing/BPO environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage passive candidates effectively.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing digital tools, social media sourcing techniques, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining self-discipline and independence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
