- Conducting initial candidate interviews and skills assessments

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment resourcing or talent acquisition
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
