Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mass hiring campaigns
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multi-channel strategies
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and skills assessments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout recruitment journey
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with mass hiring focus
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, referrals)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
