Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job posting to final offer negotiation.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and behavioral interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.
- Maintain a clean and organized applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department-specific needs and talent requirements.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates for future staffing needs.
- Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics and time-to-fill targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, specifically in sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media for talent mining.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, detail-orientation, and organizational capability.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, contract-based hiring environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and G-Suite tools.
