Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job posting to final offer negotiation.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and behavioral interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.
  • Maintain a clean and organized applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department-specific needs and talent requirements.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates for future staffing needs.
  • Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics and time-to-fill targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, specifically in sourcing and talent acquisition.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media for talent mining.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, detail-orientation, and organizational capability.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, contract-based hiring environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and G-Suite tools.
