- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions using creative recruitment channels
- Conducting comprehensive candidate screenings, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews
- Developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies for specialized roles within the logistics industry
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems and HR analytics to optimize recruitment efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and Indonesian labor regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with proven success in hunter-style roles
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates for specialized positions in logistics or corporate sectors
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in recruitment software (ATS) and digital sourcing platforms
- Strong analytical skills for candidate evaluation and recruitment metrics analysis
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
