As our Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from drafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating offers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various departments, ensuring high-quality hires within agreed timelines.
  • Source active and passive candidates through professional networking, social media platforms, and job boards.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidate competency and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide consultative advice on talent market trends.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Develop and implement innovative employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of interview techniques, psychological assessments, and behavioral interviewing.
  • Proficiency in using digital recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies.
