Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Collaborate with department heads to define staffing requirements and create job specifications
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate qualifications against role requirements
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and recruitment reporting analytics
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders
- Implement recruitment strategies to enhance employer brand and candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company recruitment policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in BPO/IT industry preferred
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholder management expertise
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage high-volume recruitment
