Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across all departments
- Source and screen applicants through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate cultural fit and technical competencies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement improvements to time-to-hire and candidate quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience in FMCG or distribution industry
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
