Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and set hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for future roles.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to optimize recruitment efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment standards.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for finding the best talent.
