As a Recruitment Specialist, you will collaborate closely with department leaders to understand their staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing to build a robust talent pipeline. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and set hiring timelines.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for future roles.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to optimize recruitment efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment standards.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for finding the best talent.
