Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, networking).
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady supply of candidates for future roles.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes, improve time-to-hire, and support employer branding initiatives.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the Bosch organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational company.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment methodologies and effective sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
