Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition creation to offer management and onboarding support.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
- Implement diverse sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to attract a high volume of qualified applicants.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, preliminary interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay abreast of recruitment trends, best practices, and labor market conditions, particularly within San Pedro City and Laguna.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, online job boards, etc.).
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to identify top talent.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Resident or willing to relocate to San Pedro City, Laguna.
