- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for varied hospitality positions
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
- Utilize HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient candidate management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire
- Foster positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in hospitality or service industry
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to source passive candidates through creative recruitment channels
- Experience with competency-based interviewing techniques
