- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and execute manpower planning strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee hiring budget allocation and ensure cost-effective recruitment practices

- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with end-to-end process ownership
