- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
- Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop job descriptions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in our Applicant Tracking System
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in the Australian market
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to the Australian market
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with high-volume recruitment processes is a plus
