Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and targeted candidate outreach campaigns to identify potential talent.
- Perform initial screening and qualification of candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit against specific job requirements.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles within the Banking and Technology sectors.
- Manage candidate records and update information meticulously within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Assist the recruitment team with various administrative tasks, market mapping, and project support as needed.
- Generate interest and enthusiasm among passive candidates for client opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a recruitment support, tele-recruitment, outbound call center, or sales environment.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, target-driven, and fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software is highly advantageous.
- A basic understanding or keen interest in the Banking and/or Technology sectors.
- Highly organized, meticulous with strong attention to detail, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive, resilient, and possess a strong desire to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.
