Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and initial interviewing for various store and corporate roles.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using social media, job portals, and professional networks to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and store managers to understand specific workforce requirements and technical skill needs.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate and facilitate the scheduling of technical interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Represent Wilcon Depot in local job fairs and university career events to enhance employer branding in the Pampanga region.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate the pre-employment requirements and onboarding process for successful hires.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track KPIs such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related Social Science course.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a retail or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing online recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and Indeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Must be a resident of Mabalacat, Dau, or nearby areas in Pampanga to facilitate occasional onsite meetings.
- Equipped with a reliable home office setup and a stable internet connection for consistent remote work performance.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
