Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with international hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, professional networks, and talent databases, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct high-quality initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, technical proficiency, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a high-touch candidate experience to ensure strong engagement and employer branding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify process improvements and reduce time-to-fill.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership regarding recruitment progress and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the BPO or Healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed).
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid, mid-shift environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume requisitions.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
