Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English languages (written and spoken)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
  • Experience in the mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry sector is preferred
