Tanggung Jawab
- Source, attract, and screen qualified candidates for various positions within the company
- Conduct interviews in both English and Mandarin to assess candidate suitability
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English languages (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
- Experience in the mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry sector is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
