In this role, you will be the engine behind our growth, ensuring that our Rider Operations are fully staffed with top-tier talent to keep our delivery services running smoothly.

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycles, from sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining the high standards of the Jiwa Group brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end mass recruitment strategies for Rider Operations in the Bekasi region.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and community outreach.
- Screen, interview, and assess high-volume applicants to ensure quality and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage walk-in interview events and hiring days effectively.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers in real-time.
- Collaborate with operations managers to understand staffing needs and urgency.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are ready to hit the ground running.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and decrease time-to-fill.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in high-volume or mass recruitment, preferably in logistics or F&B operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidate groups.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment management systems.
- Strong understanding of the Bekasi labor market and regional talent acquisition trends.
- Resilient, proactive, and capable of meeting strict hiring deadlines.
- Must be willing to work on-site in the Bekasi area.
