Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with role requirements
  • Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and job specifications
  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient workflow
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates and technical talent
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and HRIS platforms
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining cross-functional collaboration
