Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with role requirements
- Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and job specifications
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient workflow
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates and technical talent
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders
- Proficiency in recruitment software and HRIS platforms
- Ability to work independently while maintaining cross-functional collaboration
