Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing plans across multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals)
- Collaborate with department heads to define staffing requirements and create job descriptions
- Manage applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, data privacy regulations, and company standards
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve hiring efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with end-to-end process ownership
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse candidate audiences
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment analytics
- Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., CPHR) preferred
