- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for retail positions across all levels
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Developing and implementing creative recruitment strategies for retail-specific roles
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies
- Conducting market research to identify recruitment trends and competitor practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with retail industry preference
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
