You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies for technical, engineering, and specialized roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
- Conduct rigorous behavioral and technical screenings to evaluate candidate competency and cultural fit for Australian clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Australian hiring managers, providing regular updates and talent market intelligence.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Ensure all recruitment data is accurately maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for reporting purposes.
- Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and provide timely feedback to all applicants.
- Promote the Cybalink Solutions employer brand through professional networking and engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically focusing on technical or engineering sectors.
- Proven experience working within a BPO or RPO environment, ideally supporting Australian or international clients.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment demands while maintaining a high quality of hire.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR software.
