You will leverage your expertise in recruitment to manage the full-cycle hiring process. This includes sourcing passive candidates, conducting thorough screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for loan originators and support roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the US financial services or mortgage industry.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever or Greenhouse.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
