You will leverage your expertise in recruitment to manage the full-cycle hiring process. This includes sourcing passive candidates, conducting thorough screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for loan originators and support roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards) to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the US financial services or mortgage industry.
  • Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and compliance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever or Greenhouse.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
