Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for various positions within the organization
  • Post job vacancies on multiple platforms and social media channels to attract qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Participate in career fairs, university recruitment events, and industry networking activities
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment policies and procedures

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and HRIS systems
  • Strong command of English (both written and verbal) for professional communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
