Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for various positions within the organization
- Post job vacancies on multiple platforms and social media channels to attract qualified candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Participate in career fairs, university recruitment events, and industry networking activities
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and HRIS systems
- Strong command of English (both written and verbal) for professional communication
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
