  • Source and attract qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent aligned with role requirements
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate competencies
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms and recruitment software
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
