Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent aligned with role requirements
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate competencies
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for critical positions
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Uwinfly's appeal to top talent
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms and recruitment software
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
- Keen eye for talent assessment and cultural fit evaluation
- Results-oriented with proven track record in meeting hiring targets
