  • Source and attract qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates meeting role-specific qualifications and cultural fit
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate competencies and alignment with company values
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide comprehensive candidate feedback
  • Manage applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to address departmental staffing needs
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future talent pipeline development

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly desirable
