Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates meeting role-specific qualifications and cultural fit
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate competencies and alignment with company values
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide comprehensive candidate feedback
- Manage applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to address departmental staffing needs
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future talent pipeline development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly desirable
