Tanggung Jawab

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR support (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
