Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mass hiring campaigns
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates
  • Prepare and post job descriptions on multiple platforms to maximize candidate reach
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation in the HR system
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement of recruitment strategies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with mass hiring experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting recruitment goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
