Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mass hiring campaigns
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Prepare and post job descriptions on multiple platforms to maximize candidate reach
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation in the HR system
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement of recruitment strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with mass hiring experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting recruitment goals
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
